Right to Work and its impact on the labor movement

Indiana just passed the first Right to Work law of any state in a decade in America's rustbelt. What does this mean for Indiana and the rest of us?

On Monday, March 19, the University of Illinois Labor Education Program will offer a class to explore the impact of Indiana's new Right-to-Work law on workers in the Hoosier State and here in Illinois. 

This class will explore:

• What Right to Work signifies for the future of collective bargaining
• Strategies for maintaining and building membership
• What Right to Work means for collective  bargaining and contract enforcement
